Business of the Year Award

Business of the Year Award is prestigious award.  The Thames Valley boasts some of the most dynamic and successful companies in the UK. It remains the cauldron of the country’s high technology industries, the home of many manufacturing companies and a base for a wide variety of excellent service and professional organisations. This Business of the Year Award 2012 is open to every company in the area and recognises not only profitability, innovation and employment but also the contribution made to the local economic community and the provision of support to culture and charities in the region.

Pitmans is the largest law firm in the Thames Valley, with offices in Reading and in the City of London. But it’s not size that has helped grow our reputation. Rather, it’s our personal approach. This and our dogged determination to get our clients the results they deserve. All the time, our campaigning, entrepreneurial spirit has and continues to attract the best and brightest people from the UK’s largest and most respected law firms.

With national expertise, regional leadership and the ability to deliver locally, we’ve been established now for over 150 years. But one thing we don’t do is live in the past. Not these days. Entries for the  Business of the Year Award will be accepted until September 28th 2012. Finalist companies will be invited to the gala awards night in Reading on November 15 2012, when the winner and second and third places will be announced.
The winner will receive a prestigious trophy for their reception or boardroom. It will also be featured in The Business Magazine and enjoy wide-ranging media and PR opportunities.
